Suggestion/Feature: Capabilities upgrade

Your potential feature lists fluids but you want a unique way. How about this, special craftable items that when put in the ender chest give all ender chests that capability. For instance a special crafted tank when placed would give the ender chest the capability to hold and move fluids (could be 1000mb by default or 8 or 16 to match other mods starting sizes) and this could be done on a capability and mod support basis (so you could do RF or EU or Telsa or what other capabilities there are) The item should be ignored by the regular inventory so it cannot be pulled out by automation, and the usual automation requirements should stand (so I have to make it private and use the security card for it to work.) This would reduce the number of slots available for items, which I believe is a fair trade. You could even keep the upgrade simple but allow multiples, so if I had 4 fluid upgrades the chest would hold 4000mb but I loose 4 item slots (actually I kinda like this idea best as I feel it balances it a little.) I would not reccomend multi-tank support (for multiple fluids) as that that could cause issues. Just my 2c.

items get voided

hmm not sure if this is a bug for the mod or not but using ender io item conduits and quantum storage it doesnt go into the storage rather it voids the item, trying this with cobble and dirt, also tried from the top and still a no go. this is for 1.10

Ender lock dupe

After you ender lock a vanilla chest, if u build another one and shift-right click that same chest it pops Ender lock for days xD. Every shift right-click pops 1. At first I thought it was creative bug, but tested in survival and happens too. This way you can dupe Ender Locks for days :).

Items in Private Packs removed after death

Hey,
I just died on my server and i used a private ender pack to store my items.
after i died, i saw that my pack is empty.
that's a dangerous bug - i think it's super important to fix it.

Ender Chests not inter dimensionally

I wanted to use this enderchest for my query in my mining dimension but it seems that theres a bug?, that the enderchest is an own in every dimension

mod broken

nothing works and disappears from inventory. I try and put a creative menu chest from your mod down and it doesn't stay on the ground. none of your other items for this mod work

When placing on hopper causes server crash

Version used: enderthing-1.10.2-0.6.10

Every time I place an Enderthing Ender Chest on a hopper it crashes with the following error:

Hard crash when linked to any storage mod

The ender chests from this mod are incompatible with any of the storage mods I've tried (Simple Storage Network, Pretty Pipes).
Linking the chest to the system causes the game to crash.
On server removing the storage mod allows the map to work again.
On single player I have not found a way to recover a map once it crashes.

To reproduce:

  1. Launch game with Enderthings, any required files and either Simple Storage or Prettypipes.
  2. Set up the storage mod
  3. Connect with cable to an Enderthings locked enderchest.

Ender Chests in Minecraft can be waterlogged, but once converted into a Key Chest, it loses that property. Can this be added?

Also, an opening animation seems to be missing.

Create contraption

When using enderthing's ender lock on a contraption the contents of that ender chest gets removed while/after it moved.

This is annoying when using it to tunnel items from base to a contraption that has to build something. Or to move mined items to base.
No errors pop up. If this is a create mod issue, please let me know.

Disappearing Private Ender Pack

For some reason whenever I attempt to make the ender pack into a private version, it disappears in the output slot. Don't know if there is some config or anything that i am missing.
Using version 0.7.1 and forge 2166

NPE when Crafting

Got this crash when crafting in the storage network mods Request Table. Basically I was actually crafting a capacitor from enderio which uses 4 gold nuggets as part of its recipe.

Crafting Pattern:

X=Empty slot in crafting gui
O = gold nugget

Crash looks like its from EnderThing, not sure why though. I did not see are recipe from your mod that was just 4 gold nuggets.

Placing conduits before placing Ender Key Chests will not allow access to inventory.

I don't know how to properly explain this, but when color coding your chests with any other color than white-white-white, if there is an EnderIO conduit already placed adjacent to where you are planning to place the chest, you are denied access to automate input and extraction. Instead the color coded chest will default to the main white-white-white color coding. I've also noticed that when exiting and entering the world, the game actually thinks a color coded chest is a white-white-white until you break it.

Random server crash

Sometimes my server crashes randomly

Now it happend when i enter the Aroma1997 mining world but my friend already in the dimension

Update: There are 4 quarrys around the enderchest

Forge version is 1902 1.8.8 and mod version is 0.6.6

Multiple inventories not allowed to be used on the UUID mode

Minecraft Version 1.10.2 - Mod Version 0.6.11
I'm unable to connect these items to the UUID (middle lock missing) private ender chest:
Mekanism Machines
Mekanism Digital Miner
Mekanism Item Cables
(Probably Mekanism as a whole)
Ender IO Machines (Cables work though)
(+Advanced) Item Collector from Random Things

I'm using All the Mods Modpack V1.17 (for test environment..?)

Private but still automated

Is there a way to make it private but still automate it?

just so other ppl can pick the same color and open it form another chest.

[Bug] 1.10.2-0.6.10 - Dupe of chest with silk touch break

I'm using 0.6.10, but looking at the recent commit to Thorgal's crash issue, you haven't changed anything to fix this in 0.6.11.

When breaking a locked chest with a silk touch - so that I don't lose the chest/lock - I get a duplicated chest [and lock] if the broken chest is above a hopper... specifically the hopper takes 1 copy, I get the other :)

Initially I didn't notice why, but on testing it seems only when it's above a hopper... but since it's normal to put it above a hopper I guess it's important ... I'm now up to 6 chests as I kept changing my mind as to where best to put it :)
