You pass it as part of the setErrorHandler call. I would take a look at the Client.php source. It's pretty straightforward and easy to understand. On Thu, May 1, 2014 at 9:42 AM -0700, "Jens Segers" [email protected] wrote:

Looking at the source code is not that pretty straightforward. I had to look at the documentation for Node.js to see that you are actually able to pass a level parameter in the options array.

@jenssegers the node client is very different than the PHP client (there is no level parameter AFAIK).

Pretty much all options are here:

https://github.com/getsentry/raven-php/blob/master/lib/Raven/Client.php

As for error handling, that's done through the utilities (described briefly in the README):

I know it is different, but I did not know it was possible to pass a level paramater to Sentry as of then. The Node.js documentation mentions the level parameter, but this package does not.

"Go look at the source code" is not really a valid excuse in my opinion for open source projects.

I would argue that "asking questions on a bug tracker" is not a valid thing ;)

Anyways, we realize our docs are lacking, and as always, pull requests are welcome, but we'll be improving them as part of Sentry core in the future.

(Keep in mind that I'm pretty sure theres no level parameter in the PHP client as you're describing, and each client is very different as it has to support the underlying platform)
