UEQ (short) in German

This is a webform version of the User Experience Questionnaire (short) in German

Prerequisites

  • Webserver with PHP and MySQL database

Setup

  • Drop the files in a webserver's public folder
  • Add 'host', 'user', 'password' and 'database' to insert.php (below # database credentials)
  • Use and enjoy!

Todo

  • mysql() -> mysli() -> prepared statements

Known Issues

  • Cookie for preventing multiple insertions does not seem to work reliably
