Is this the right way to obtain ctrl-[ for escape (to command mode) for Neovintageous ?

Hi Gerard, I'm new to Sublime and Neovintageous... just starting out. Looking to create some custom keymappings in the rc file. One question I couldn't find in the forums or help docs... what folder should the neovintageous file be saved to using Windows 10? Sorry for the basic question and thanks for any guidance you can provide.

Is there a particular reason why it is double comma instead of single ?
