Depends on #18. Write acceptance tests to call the API. First, create Foos and Bars, and then, read them to ensure they were persisted.

It would be really annoying to not be able to build this in 6 months because a dependency changed.

An easy win should be the GraphQL resolver function, and there's more out there—even for this simple app.

I don't see this being a problem, but n+1 queries are a bigger problem in GraphQL. Make some foos and bars (foos have many bars) to test.

I arbitrarily selected env vars like GO_METRICS_PORT. It should be changed to start with the name of the project (BASE_GO) and be documented in the README.
