Fix: startup silent status detection

Hi there, I would like to contribute to the project, I've already made the changes in local and if you want I can push the patch for PR review. Basically I've just added a check for an initialValue reported and paused/resumed Mute on the startObserving/stopObserving methods. This allows to have a more trusted detection for startup.

Here below is the diff:

Pod install error

Hi!

I have an issue, when run pod install

react-native-silent-listener does not specify a Swift version and none of the targets (XXX) integrating it have the SWIFT_VERSION attribute set. Please contact the author or set the SWIFT_VERSION attribute in at least one of the targets that integrate this pod.
