Sweat Mate is a web based application designed to help users recapture that gym motivation and get back on their fitness journey. Here, users can sign up and login, and then create and post blogs, detailing their fitness journey, or even provide helpful tips to motivate others. Users can also post their workout routine, allowing others to follow their workout and do it together! Find your Sweat Mate now!

• Alex and Jess want to improve their health and fitness as covid made them lose motivation
• THEY want an application where they can not only monitor their fitness but also have a blog section for encouragement and support from 'Mates'
• THEY want to be able to long into the application in order to keep track of their fitness journey
• THEY want to be able to follow numerous amount of fitness exercises
• THEY want to be able to check blog posts and create their own so that they can motivate others and vise versa

• Alex and Jess use the Sweat Mate applicaation for their fitness and health journey
• WHEN THEY open the application
• AND log in (sign up the first time)
• THEN THEY are redirected to the homepage
• WHEN THEY scroll
• THEN THEY are presented with blog post
• WHEN THEY click on the "New Post" button
• THEN THEY can create a new post
• WHEN THEY click the "Post" button
• THEN the post is created and they are back on the homepage
• WHEN THEY click on the "Workouts" button
• THEN THEY are redirected to the Workouts page
• WHEN THEY scroll workout exercises will be displayed
• THEN THEY pick an exercise
• AND follow allong the steps required for the workout
• WHEN THEY click on the "add" button
• THEN THEY can add their own workout exercise
• WHEN THEY log out of the application and long back in
• THEN THEIR data is saved and stored within the database
