Can you figure out a viable way to auto delete a post that has too low of a ratio, but make it dynamic so that "downvote" cap increases with the number of members? Member increase, number of votes, and the amount of time the image has been posted

Oh, and a pretty visible message that says something along the lines of "Sorry [name]! Your image had too many downvotes and was deleted" that way I can scroll through and keep track of people who get their posts deleted often

make all ratios "% up" and have them be displayed as the nearest whole % to the ratio
