11/17/20: Make sure references to localhost:3000, localhost:4040, and other similar references are easily changed out when running production vs dev.
11/17/20: More clear errors when you have not set up the back end properly? For example, the log in button should give an error, I think, when ECONNREFUSED to 3306 happens.

Try to reconnect on ping timeouts; boot clients for any other reason.

And also diagnose whether Quest can connect over non-VPN without running into alone-on-entry / doesn't-receive-any-calls-problem.

Also diagnose whether mobile devices can route Quest traffic through VPN properly.

This was mentioned a while back, around 11/17/20.

• When a socket loses connection to relay, it will attempt to reconnect
• If it successfully reconnects, the relay handles the socket connection
• If the connection was lost because the relay crashed, the previous session is gone
• Relay should create sessions for reconnecting sockets and join them
