Tested pip3 install docker-compose command manually.
The next item never stops :(

Looks like full upgrade of RPi breaks Docker installation.
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgradeShould not be run before installing Docker. This is really strange. Eventually in my case I got everything working.
So, final conclusion:
- Do not upgrade system before running playbook
- Be patient while
docker-composeinstallation (it may take hours on RPi 4)
from ansible-role-docker_arm.
