When using this to switch a monitor to 1600x900 resolution, there is a black horizontal bar across the top and bottom of the monitor, even though the monitor is a 16x9 monitor. So the screen does not fill the entire monitor, and the contents get stretched/skewed a bit. If I use the Windows Display Settings to set the monitor to 1600x900 then it fills the entire monitor as expected. Other 16x9 resolutions seem to work fine (1920x1080 and 1280x720); only 1600x900 has this problem where it does not fill the entire space, and ends up with a resolution closer to 20x9.

Going from Native (2560x1440) to 1600x1200 works fine, however when attempting to change back to Native it doesn't work, this issue only occurs when the scaling mode in Nvidia control panel is set to Full Screen rather than aspect ratio, however for stretched res I need it to be able to be set to Full-Screen, is there any possible fix for this?

First, let me just say THANK YOU, I've been looking for something like this for a looooong time can't say how much I appreciate it. However, as much as I do enjoy it, I have a suggestion and a request.... Is there any way to add Scale and layout settings to the plugin? I'm old and the standard 150% scale setting for 3840 x 2160 makes me strain the heck out of my eyes to read it... While I can change all 3 monitors to and from 1080P and 4k at the press of a button, I still have to go into settings to adjust the text scale defeating the purpose....

This ticket is to propose making an action to assign/switch which monitor is used as the main monitor for multi display users.

HDR Toggle turned HDR off but then wouldnt turn it back on, also causing the monitor to go all strange colours and out of resolution but I dont think that is HDR related.

This ticket is for the investigation into whether it would be possible to control the screen brightness from an action. This would also make a good first “Encoder” enabled action for the Stream Deck+.

I switched to 1280960 360hz and it is normal

But when I switch it back to 19201080 360HZ, it shows the yellow triangle Golden Detective.

Any plans to repair it?

Every once and awhile I have to uninstall and reinstall the plugin in order for it to recognize my display. Otherwise it wont detect it anymore even though it was working perfectly previously.

Just a suggestion for a (hopefully) small enhancement. Could you Change the "Use HDR" function so that the icon changes based on the state of HDR (on or off)? Just dimming the icon when off or having HDR with a slash through it would be great. Thanks.

I am a work from home remote programmer and a gamer I have multiple displays that I use for both my work computer and gaming computer. I know much of this could be solved with a KVM switch but why when most displays have multiple ports on them. I don't always shut down one computer before switching to another meaning the auto-detect and swap doesn't always work. I have some scratch code that I built to swap my displays via hotkeys but it would be super cool to have a Streamdeck button that I can hit to swap from gaming inputs to working inputs.

I have to identical monitors, which in the dropdown show the exact same name. Sometimes the buttons randomly switch from the left to the right monitor. Would it be possible to add the monitor identification number to the back of t he monitor name ?

I have an ultrawide display and recently switched to Windows 11. When I resize down to 1920x1080, the screen is stretched instead of being centered on the display.

Hello i have an ultrawide monitor. On a daily basis i used WDS for rezizing down to 2560 x 1080 from 3840 x 1080. I worked and i loved it. I made blackbars on the sides so i could screenshare without problem. Not it dosent make the blackbars. All it does now is streatching my monitor out. Any fixes for this?

When I first install the plugin and create a "Resolution" button both of my displays will show from the "Display" drop list. When I use the buton to change the resolution on my main display to 1920x1080 it work as expected.

Upon reboot of the machine non of the Resolution change button will not work unless I uninstall and reinstall the plug in.

I go back into streamdeck and the "Display" drop down will only show "Loading..."

If I uninstall the plug in and reinstall the "Displays" will once again show and I am able to use the button once.

I am also getting a similar result by setting up a button successfully and simply copy and past the button to make a new resolution the same thing will happen. The "Display" drop list for both old and new button will be stuck on "Loading..." and neither will work.

If I close and open the Stream Deck software I am able to once again able to select a display and the buttons work as expected.

But any reboot of the machine and its back to square 1 of re-install

I've a triple monitor setup, but I do not use always the three screens, depending of what I do on the PC (working, gaming, internet, ...), I don't need to have all screens on, so I'm always switching off/on one or two of the screens, so it would be a good feature to control it directly from the buttons on the stream deck to be able to enable/disable a screen on the MS Windows configuration from it without switching off the screens physically.

Would be nice to be able to set if a monitor will extend itself or will duplicate off another monitor. I use an ATEM so would need a way to duplicate my main monitor to the HDMI out that leads to the ATEM switcher.

I use 1680x1080 and 1440x1080, they work but it doesnt work to go back to 1920x1080(native)

So i play this game and even in full screen with two monitors my mouse goes to my second monitor.

So I am looking for a way to setup 2 binds where it will rearrange my display setup so it moves my monitors in the display settings without having to go change it.

Whenever I switch to for example 1440x1080, it works perfectly, but the 1920x1080 does not work. It says the little yellow exclamation mark that indicates, something is wrong. Saw someone else with this problem, but that was a long time ago. :)

This seems like great software to replace Monitor Profile Switcher.
I set it to change my ultrawide to 16:9 for recording, and another button for back to 21:9.

When I change from 3440x1440 to 2560x1440 it works. When I press to change back to 3440x1440, it doesn't work. Whenever I try to move UP in resolution size it shows the yellow triangle and complains. I have no idea how to check logs for this, but I hope this is fixed as I REALLY want to have even less running on my system. This works well for lowering resolutions, but not for raising.

This seems similar to #18, if not the same, and even #8.
