Clean up README, LICENSE about raspberry-pi-heartbeat HOT 3 CLOSED

I am back to coding only as of coming Sunday. I'd say from sunday one more
week to finalyze everything. I will also add pie charts for hdd and there
is still a problem with intallation script since raspbian cant have lsb
release and the way i've set it to check for the release is dumb) works
only for a default raspbian.

So regarding todo:

• install script clean/repair/add
• hdd pie charts
• readme
• license

Than this can be called a stable release) thanks for helping)

For the license I'd recommend the MIT one (you can check it at one of my
