Remove '/admin' route.

We need a stats UI similar to the one we have on the Dashboard for bed data representing the number of all 4 types of beds -
Without Oxygen | With Oxygen | ICU Without Ventilator | ICU With Ventilator dynamically from the backend.

Add Eslint, Prettier and setup templates for Issues and PRs.

The Table List in the template currently shows a very basic table. Shape the frontend to be more suitable to our needs of displaying relevant bed data (reference https://coronabeds.jantasamvad.org/beds.html). On clicking the name of the hospital either open up a modal or show in dropdown similar to the referenced website.

The route should also be changed to /beds from /table.

Creating a directory structure for the project. Segregating the client and server folders for backend and frontend development.

Change Creative Tim placeholders to relevant text for our use, remove unnecessary routes and texts.

Currently the search field in the Beds UI doesn't do anything. We need to put it to use by making searching available through the table based on Hospital names.

Since we decided to go with cloud functions a separate directory for server side code isn't needed at the root. Move the client code to the root and create a functions folder with the current server contents.

Create different users with different levels of access. SuperAdmin, Admin and User.

The current bed report form allows users to choose one out of the four types of beds which makes the user to submit a new form entry for every bed type.

Besides, the hospital names should be provided in a predefined dropdown with typing (see Creatable Autocomplete) that allows the user to type for hospital names and add one if not found.

The Bed report form should be moved to a Dialog openable by clicking a button on the Available Beds page.

Create new page

Revamp the current README.md to be more detailed with project overview, getting started and contribution guidelines sections.

Add email trigger which can be used to send a welcome message to users.
