An URI pattern can be expressed with void:uriRegexPattern but proper escaping is needed.

Via calling stream.destroy() in the meta handler.

• Load Link dump into memory (new class IndexedLinkDump)
• Support querying by RDF subject, predicate, and object
  • predicate can only be one of two valid values anyway
  • subject and object must match URIPattern
  • look up link by its source and/or target ID for link triple
  • look up link by its source ID and/or annotation value for annotation triple
