After Installation Tabs Gk5 is Not Showing up Automatically on Module Manager
So ,Created New Module > Chosen Tabs GK 5
Module 1. Description, 2. Module Permisssions, & 3. About , tab content are Missing
Cannot Configure Tabs.

I have the Tabs GK5 ver. 1.4.1 module loaded on a clients website.
As of this morning, it stopped working.
It is set to load modules into the tabs using the "module" setting.
The module is not displaying correctly in the backend of the site.
When I edit the module, I am unable to add/edit the tabs and when I try to select the position for the module, it opens a full page, instead of the normal popup.
I have searched the forums, but I have been unable to find a solution.
I urgently need to get this clients website up and running and I will really appreciate your assistance.

Tabs-GK5 have a blank area and the modules don't appear

Especially useful when the tabs will be disabled.

The tab module will be displayed in the tab with simplified tabs navigation.

I tried to put JO FB Gallery in a GK5_tabs module as this makes the presentation of new products more elegant.

Unfortunately the nav bottons and nav. with scroll wheel do not always work.

I do not know if the is a FB gallery issue or a GK 5 tabs issue so I will post this on both forums.

Any ideas very welcome.

Hi , can a dropdown list be added when there is to many tabs especially for mobile phones.

I use around 8+ tabs (different citys) and without dropdown list the module is almost useless

u can use about 2-3 tabs only on mobile without it getting ugly

I installed tabs GK5 on my Joomla 3.3 site and the Tabs tab in the module setup page doesn't show what your tutorial says it should show.

The tabs tab is totally empty and I cannot find anywhere on your site how to fix it. I downloaded the correct module. It's a shame because I've spent many hours trying to fix this and it looked like a great module. Please help.

After the last update I have all the admin tabs open inside module configuration and the "Tabs" option disappeared. it works on the website but I cannot modificate the titles as you can see from the image.

I have been using gkTabs for a few years now on a website. The error first occurred when I updated Joomla to 2.5.28.

The site has a home page, and four similar pages, each with one gkTab. Now, two of the pages aren't working properly. They are accessible from home, using ?gktab= in url. But on the page, the tab simply stopped working. I have removed all other modules, disabled all css and js, but no change. The tab is unresponsive, no matter what I do, and only on 2 pages!

I have updated to J! 3, and since then are two of the pages having issues with the tab, not just one.

Hi All,

I have GK5 Tabs install on a website I now manage. I inherited it about 2 months ago and have been carrying out updates and fixes. The GK5 Tabs don't work when clicked on. The do work on the old version of the website which was running Joomla 2.5. Since the upgrade to Joomla 3.4.1 the tabs are not responsive.

Can anyone shine any light on this problem or has anyone encountered the same, if so is there a fix?

If I do not select the default tab in backend, so the frontend side shows only the inactive tabs menu. TabsItems are hide. When I click on any tab in this menu, it continues to open a tabs item content.
And now for what I need to know.
When I click a second time on the same tab in tabnav, I need that opened tabitem close again. This means that the appearance on the page will again only the inactive tabs menu.
Could you advise me on how to achieve this? Because currently it does not work. When I have had it opened tabsitem second click closes. Tabsitem is still open.

First of all let me say a big thanks for the tabs module, the best of its kind among everything I tried.

I am encountering one issue:
I have enabled the "Module auto-height" option. Yet it doesn't always work. It depends on how you move across the tabs with the mouse.

Let me explain. Please check this page:

Load the page; In order to go to the second tab, first move your mouse to the first tab and then drag horizontally till you reach the second tab (as shown by the green arrow in the image below). The module height is adjusted automatically, according to the setting.

Now press F5 to reload the page. This time move your mouse directly onto the second tab (pink arrow). Auto-height does not work.

We have defined reference "direction" outside scope of animation function and I believe we need to add the variable around after line 135
