A function to compare at least 2 objects but with the posibility to normalize both object to have the same keys

• Must be a Function
• Arguments must manage 2 objects (in the first version at least), and an options object
• Options must have fields to keep and fields to remove, which accept a list of fields
• Must return a Boolean
