抽奖模式

  1. 即刻抽奖：立即发布抽奖得到抽奖结果并保存
  2. 定时抽奖：到设定的开奖时间，后台自动开奖并保存抽奖结果

抽奖筛选条件

可以设置三种筛选条件进行随机抽奖

  1. 仅评论抽奖
  2. 评论 + 关注抽奖
  3. 支持者模式（评论 + 关注 + 根据关注时间长短赋予权重，按照权重随机抽奖）
