Work towards adding ability to specify more complex light patterns

At the moment I am only setting the whole of the strip to the same RGB. It would be good to add functions that simplify setting blocks of pixels or even allow for effects like travelling waves. This will lead to the ability to specify more dynamic light patterns.

Add proper setup.py and refine installation.

Work out the problem with running in Python 3.4

On my initial probes of the BlinkyTape library, it seemed to fail to work with Python 3.4. I want this to work with Python 3.4 rather than increase the number of reasons to stay with Python 2.7.

Validation of maximum brightness

The cli option for max brightness should do something sensible with values outside the range 0-255. Like complain or auto cap.

Rename project as wakeywakey is already taken

It would be nice to have something that is related to Monty Python's Flying Circus but they are probably difficult to find these days.

At the moment this project is about creating a wake up light out of blinky tape which has basically been achieved. I am more than happy to generalise this project to be about more than just about waking up of course.

Suggestions will be welcome!
