The VideoEditBot Is Still Offline?

Hello, first I just wanna say thank you so much for rewriting the bot's code to make it easier to self-host, I much appreciate this - however I have some problems using the music command where the bot throws "An unknown error has occurred!"
Please would you be able to provide some advice for setting up the cookies file? Thank you!

This starts occurring on several connecting servers after playing a discord crashing video through the bot. Random effects, editing random images in the chat unprompted.

I was trying to use the bot but I realized the bot is down.
Could this be due to an update?

here's the command I was trying to use:
start=13, end=27.7|start=22.9, end 23.5, mute=true, mus=spfsdpuvUyQ, holdframe=4, tc=WOW, bc=very cool, sfx=100, selection

the bot returned an "unhandled error" message.

Basically, I'm looking for someone to maybe help me in kinda re-working a lot of this bot, as the codebase is fairly spaghetti and a lot of things weren't done well. Basically anyone with ffmpeg/python experience is welcome. If possible be available to call on discord?

VideoEditBot has been offline for almost 2 days now!

I've been trying to run videoEdit commands directly on a mp4 file using destroyer.py, but since I don't know much about coding in python I've only managed to make it run random arguments on the file, which it did by default without specifying any videoEdit commands.
Is there a way to use videoEditBot as a command-line tool? Where you could do something like this:
videoEditBot -i file.mp4 --datamosh 100 --glitch 50 --ricecake 100

When I use the destroy ytp command, it takes a video from 13 seconds to 9 seconds or less (as an example)

now in discord, I was trying to command destroy rc=20 but it didn't work...

Now that the bot is online, and I made my own server with the bot to use it again after not using it in months, whenever I try downloading a video, whether i use a search term or a video link, I just get a message reading "URL parsing error"

i just invited the bot to the server and he just do the things i say, and my friend not.

It Still Offline We Need The Bot To be Online?

Decided to make my own server and add your bot only to discover that it’s offline. Waited a couple of days and it’s still offline.

VideoEditBot has been offline since at least March 27th!

Other media editing bots such as NotSoBot and esmBot have this functionality. However, VideoEditBot does not. I would love to see this!

I Ues The Command It Not Working Because I Give Me An Error

I am trying to use the command string "destroy se, start 4, vol 0, se, start 4, hf 12, se, start 4, tc Holy Shit, se, start 4, mus Aphex Twin Avril 14, muss 20" and it returns an error saying that it is unable to download the video. Similar commands do not work.

can we get a proper documentation where it tells us what the fuck are these parameters and how to set the bot to run locally?

Can we have fewer maintenance hours on VideoEditBot? I don't like seeing the bot offline almost everyday in my Discord server.

On Discord, the bot is offline for no reason.

Why?

from just now: not working

from last night: not working

from earlier last night: working fine

this has been going on for the past month, for 70% of the times we use the bot. what is going on behind the scenes? clearly the destroy command somewhat works, because it still shows the cooldown when i try to destroy again, and also sometimes works for real during random times of day. it's very sporadic. not anything against the bot, just really curious as to why in the world it just sometimes doesnt want to work at all lately.

I just used "download" and some YT video URL next to it and it returns "URL parsing error", the video is watchable btw

Hey I just wanted to know if it's possible to run this offline in the terminal, so that I can run it on arbitrary file size and not have it output to discord but rather just create the file.

They were working the other day but today only some of the work, the ricecake, end, start, and others just don't do anything.

When I type "download" or "Hat" without any prefixes it gives results

if you say something like "destroy topcap=whats up, bruh?" it will just say "whats up"

I tried this command first time and didn't work for now on. Can you fix this problem?
