This behavior has been observed a few times at GDQs now. After some number of hours or days, the program can freeze and stop updating the tally lights.

It's not yet clear which side is failing: the ATEM-Monitor program on the PC, or the Arduino. Regardless, the issue is always fixed by simply restarting the ATEM-Monitor program. So far, we have never had to power cycle the Arduino. This is evidence that the problem lies in ATEM-Monitor.

For TotH2018, we are completely maxing out our ATEM -- every single input is being used. As such, the inputs we want to use tally lights for are not inputs 1-8. Therefore, we need the ability to manually specify which ATEM inputs correspond to which tally light outputs.

Ideally, this would default to a one-to-one mapping like we currently have, but with the added ability to override this mapping via a config file.

Also: the tally light box has just been modified to support 8 lights now, instead of 6.
