Scaling results wrong data

If you scale the game like this:
game.scale.scaleMode = Phaser.ScaleManager.SHOW_ALL; game.scale.updateLayout(); game.scale.refresh();
you'll get wrong results.

Demo code misspelling for meta element HandheldFriendly

Hello.

I was looking at your project this morning and found a misspelling in the demo's main index.html on line 8. You have:

<meta name="HandheldFriendly" cnotent="true" />

That should be:

<meta name="HandheldFriendly" content="true" />

Doing a bit of research, it appears this effectively isn't that important these days, but ...

Multi Direction on SingleDirection

A bug happens when you set up singleDirection and you reach the "maxDistanceInPixels".

It may also trigger another direction in this part of code :

if(d>maxDistanceInPixels){
            deltaX =Math.cos(angle) * maxDistanceInPixels;
            deltaY = Math.sin(angle) * maxDistanceInPixels;
        }

I managed to fix it with :

if(d>maxDistanceInPixels){
            deltaX = (deltaX==0)?0:Math.cos(angle) * maxDistanceInPixels;
            deltaY = (deltaY==0)?0:Math.sin(angle) * maxDistanceInPixels;
        }
