return importStatement.replace(/'/g, '"');
},

I suspect you can use the importStatementFormatter option to do that:
importStatementFormatter({ importStatement }) {
return importStatement.replace(/'/, '"');
},
I haven't tested this however.
A simple config setting would be nicer for sure
from import-js.
