allow querying the server for points in a given range i.e if I'm at point A then give me all the points in a 20km radius from A

add red markers for "losts" and green markers for "found"

Client -

1. add a debounced search bar.
2. display for the search results.
3. show search results on the map or go to a specific result.

Server -

1. expose "api/v1/search" endpoint.
2. allow searching in entries names, descriptions and labels.

Allow filter functionality.
filters:

1. show only "founds" or "lost".
2. show only current user entries.
3. range i.e radius.
4. labels.
