Recent changes in travis-ci pricing policy has limited public repositories qualified as "open-source".
We used all our free credits in december, and we now must pay $69 a month to be able to build our project.

Pull requests checks are stuck because of this.

So it seems it's time to change, and learn something new

Describe the solution you'd like
3 solutions exist:

• : gitlab-ci - external to github, and cumbersome to configure due to repository sync
• : circle-ci - external to github, free plan may provide enough credits but only one build at a time
• : github actions - integrated to github, free, could also be used to other stuff (issues/pr/releases), can't see any limitations

Dear all,

Thanks a lot for your work. I was trying to host the runner on a newer Kubernetes version, but then realized that I would need to leverage containerd instead of docker. Hence, the gaia-runner wasn't able to spin up any "terraform image".

Is there any plan to change to OCI ?
