First READ call after initiating BLE connection doesn't work
We have to send the READ command twice after initialization for it to be recognized properly... There might be missing some initial handshaking after discovering the BLE service.
Bulb.is_on() doesn't always return the right value
The Bulb.is_on() function is supposed to base itself on the bulb brightness which can take the following values:
- 0x00 to 0xc8, where 0x00 is no brightness and 0xc8 is the brightest
- 0xfe, which seems to send the "ON" signal
- 0xff, which seems to send the "OFF" signal
Need to do more research / testing to see what the READ command returns after changing the brightness.
