Request to give user control of the Hz floor and ceiling of the spectrogram. Important for visualising low-pitched vocalisations; if the full spectrogram bandwidth is displayed, the contour of low-pitched signal is vertically compressed and can be difficult to discern.

Hi，The program cannot read this configuration item when it starts locally

First of all - thank you for this wonderful program, it is very useful and beautifully build!

The issue that I have is that spectograms are shown during recording separation and whole song table nicely, but as soon as it goes with separate units only handful of them can be seen. I tried different internet connections, computers and browsers but so far did not find a solution.

Koe allows you to reorder the horizontal position of columns by dragging them left or right. Custom column order should remain after refresh; however, it currently reverts to the default order.

Steps to replicate problem:

(1) Make new database (for copying songs to), under 'Manage your database'
(2) Go to 'View all songs'
(3) Set database to the database you want to copy songs from
(4) Select songs you want to copy
(5) Click 'Copy to another database' and type the name of the new database

Results in error: "column 'noc' cannot be null"

I have found another issue which I do not know how to fix. I selected few thousands of syllables on my sound files but later decided to rearange part of them. However when I go to Unit Table, Exemplars or select syllables at the Ordination graph I still see the old version of these selections. First I waited few days and see whether a problem will fix itself (it worked with another issue in KOE :)). Then I tried to clear my browser catche, cookies and reset settings as well as create a new database where I loaded the wav and selection files (even changed selection lable names). They still show the old spectrograms.

Any ideas how to solve this issue? It is realy annoying since it unables me to classify syllables.

I tried from 2 different accounts, check all the possible places (spam and etc with 2 different email boxes), but email is not there. This problem did not occurred before.

I was searching for this option but with no luck. It would be great if we could delete redundant data matrices, ordinations and similarities that were created while searching for the best fitting one.

Currently song files cannot be renamed in Koe. Ideally names could be edited.

When adding new units via CSV upload, spectrograms are not generated for these units

Several users have reported issues with uploading WAV files to Koe. For example, one user reports that when uploading raw recording WAV files of larger than ~1 GB, the upload never completes.

If you are having audio upload issues, please reply to this thread with a detailed description of your issue. Please include which browser you are using (Koe supports Chrome and Firefox), how much RAM your computer has, size and bitrate of your problem audio file. This will help us replicate the issue.

Currently, selecting acoustic unit involves setting start and end points on the spectrogram. The entire frequency bandwidth of the audio is included in the selection. A user has suggested allowing custom frequency range for selections.

Steps to replicate:

1. double click cell in 'date of record' column (in View all songs) to bring up calendar
2. pick a date
3. cell now contains the correct date
4. refresh the page
5. date has disappeared

Currently users must back up their Koe databases under 'Manage your database'. This is a request to automate backups.
