Is it possible to implement a scroll-spy like the ToC of gitbook V2 document?

The most straight forward method I know is using Twitter Bootstrap. Here's an example:

Thank you for your cool plugin! It works awesome on many pages, but there is an issue on some types of pages. For example, in our documentation, we have headings like

1. Client

For that kind of headers plugins crashes (it shows in the console

Looks like you use header text as CSS selector, but they can't start with numbers. I'd like to contribute anв change the behavior, for example, I can make selectors and ids as a hash of the header text, but your anchor.js is minimized.
