ID field in struct

As a developer I would like to configure a field in my struct which should automatically be provided with the elastic search ID whenever it is loaded.

This field should not be stored separately

FindAll method

FindAll(int offset, int limit, int size)

In order to write datastores which aren't coupled to elasticorm, I would like to configure the NotFoundError. That makes adapters slimmer.
