Clicking "no" on the "remove header" prompt seemingly allows you to use the program as normal with a headered ROM, but importing levels to a headered ROM corrupts the level data. (incorrect object and sprite counts, incorrect total sizes, incorrect/invalid pointers)

Importing entrance data to a headered ROM also corrupts the ROM.

This can result in game code getting corrupted.

Doing this results in a ROM with a wildly incorrect file size. Only appears to happen if you define the file extension while saving. A ROM saved without an extension will have the correct size.

The program does not correct the checksum of the ROM when saving.
