This Solution allows developers to make use of the YOLOv3 Algorithm to detect objects in images and videos. It can be leveraged in other object detection and recognition solutions.

To test the solution on a video simply run this command:

python yolo_video.py --input videos/airport.mp4 --output output/airport_output.avi --yolo yolo-coco

To test with an image simply run this command:

python yolo.py --i images/soccer.jpg --yolo yolo-coco
