1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/fuad-nasseraldeen/form-builder.git
   cd form-builder

2. Install dependencies:

   npm install

   or

   yarn install

1. Start the development server:

   npm run dev

2. Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:5173.

1. Fill in the diagnosis summary in the provided rich text editor.
2. Click "Save" to store your input.
3. Click "Download PDF" to generate and download a PDF of the summary.
