The conf struct should be populated by environment variables instead of hard coded values

This kind of website could greatly benefit from being a PWA, so it might be worth putting some time into after the functionality is done.

Use smarter imports to make the CSS as small as possible. Go for that 5 100s on Lighthouse

For simplicity, any time there is an error I just use panic.

Some of these errors could be sent back as flash messages, others could generate a 500 error.

Either way I should remove panic in favour of actual handling
