freifunk/MoU#14 ich verweise mal von daher hierhin wegen der Schwammig formulierten Knotenbetreiber MUSS / SOLL erreichbar sein.

ich denke das die Email Frage dringend von dem impliziten MUSS befreit werden muss.

und eine klarere Formulierun Grenze zu punkt1 und 3 muss gefunden werden
1 > weder störend zu beeinträchtigen noch zu verändern.
3 > Der Dienst (Betrieb, Service) kann jeder Zeit ohne weitere Erklärung beschränkt oder eingestellt werden.

da sollte dann zu 3 refferenzieren das mit einer Beschränkung keine beeinträchtigung im Sinne von 1 gemeint ist, das die in der Regel von den Betreibenden technischer Natur sind ...oder was auch immer

or in other words, let us develop a way how we can progress in PPA
i think we didnt want to allow single changes here and there without aknowledging by communites, we also want that every 2 weeks with minor changes,
so its easy to have an proposal branch where people like us, who are interested in it write a proposal and bring this to some process of electing as new master.
