bucket_location in s3cfg.erb should be configurable as well
The s3cfg.erb template file should be parameterised a bit further
Specifically, for non US users, the ability to change bucket location is vital. For example, I use "eu-west-1" instead of "US".
Template file needs to be updated to remove US.
Default attributes needs to be updated to set bucket_location to "US" to preserve the current behaviour, but other users can therefore override in their attributes
Sorry I am not sure how to do a patch at this stage (chef newbie and git lightweight!)
