It takes a very long time to open large files.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include an algorithm for opening large (and small) files using a buffered input stream that remedies stalls and allows users to read the file before it is fully loaded.

Additional context
When opening large files the program freezes and the UI becomes unresponsive.

The application does not currently accept arguments when called from the command line.

Enable support for calling the app from the command line or the File Explorer to open a file.

Additional context
When called from the File Explorer or terminal with any arguments (such as a file address) the application does not respond to the arguments.

When I build the Java program, the build fails, citing a missing Notepad.jar file.

I imported the UFR project and the necessary libraries, and then ran the project in Eclipse.

It appears the source is on a local host, and not in the Git repo.
