• add a co_await runner to profiles
• support async lambdas and mappers

This is to allow:

• running other stuff in the main profile run loop, e.g. a webserver
• a nicer API for running stuff with a delay - co_await winrt::resume_after(std::chrono::milliseconds(100));

Probably two models:

• simple 'curviness' model: for x between 0 and 1, 100% curviness is a circle of radius 1, 0% curviness is an infinite circle (i.e. a straight line, no curve)
• custom curves: specify points, use spline interpolation

These are accessible via the axis(n) thing, but there's just Source.Slider - there should also be a 'Dial' one
