module break order view in backend - M2 2.1.7

Hey guys,

i installed the module using composer require hexasoft/module-fraudlabspro, magneto version 2.1.7
when i try to view order details from Sales -> Orders -> select view order the page breaks

i did install boldcommerce/magento2-ordercomments but it doesn't do anything with javascript on the admin sales/order/view page, when :

fraudlabspro Disabled | OrderComment Enabled = working fine
fraudlabspro Enabled | OrderComment Disabled = working fine
fraudlabspro Disabled | OrderComment Disabled = working fine
fraudlabspro Enabled | OrderComment Enabled = Error

can't ring up customers in webpos

I'm having a major issue with your module. I can't ring up any customers using the magestore webpos because I'm getting error messages from your module. I have attached a screenshot showing the error message that I keep getting

xml error: method not allowed

I installed the plugin according to the instructions and I'm getting an xml error in the etc/events.xml page where it says method not allowed. How do I fix this?

can't complete orders

I have attached what I see when I try to complete orders but it seems to be an issue caused by the fraud labs pro module because after installing it, my complete option completely disappeared
no_complete
