Plus maybe display available languages in table instead of list

Some language directions such as Arabic is RTL. Any ideas for how to flip the CSS stylesheets to be in the RTL direction using a tool like https://rtlcss.com ?

When creating the title is not translated.

nova 2.5 added some keys in the json files:

"All resources loaded.": "All resources loaded.",
"Load :perPage More": "Load :perPage More",
":amount Total": ":amount Total",
"Show All Fields": "Show All Fields",
"There was a problem submitting the form.": "There was a problem submitting the form.",
"There was a problem executing the action.": "There was a problem executing the action.",
"*": "*"

it would be nice if these are added to translations as well.

Although in resources/lang/vendor/nova there are the files for the Italian language (folder and json), Nova keeps showing me the strings in English.

The Laravel app language is set to 'it' and the fallback language to 'en'.

What's wrong?
