The dashed line feature of the line chart has various problems and is poorly coded.

Setting shape-rendering: crispEdges on axis lines causes some of the lines to disappear. Turning off crispEdges causes blurry lines. Possible solution is to add .5 to x/y attributes on axis lines (http://mbostock.github.io/d3/tutorial/bar-2.html)

hoverbox appears outside of bar area. should be inside similar to vertical bar chart

Add r2d3 https://github.com/mhemesath/r2d3/ to support pie/line charts

Pie hover needs to be more flexible. Maybe pass in a template as an option?

If there are many points, we don't necessarily want a label for every point.

When X axis labels are too long, abbreviate them and add an ellipsis, similar to charts on http://www.esrgc.org/dashboards/dllr/#work

Make bar label nodes not children of their bar, so that they can overlap other bars in a stacked bar chart

Add a template option that contains an {{x}} and {{y}} values to customize text that appears in hoverbox. Default should be hoverTemplate: "{{x}}: {{y}}" for vertical bar chart

Set a maximum bar width for charts with only one or two bars.

Fat bars are ugly.

Stacked Bar locations are slightly off on iPad.
