elevationapi is a simple library that interfaces with http://www.elevationapi.xyz . It permits you to get the elevation of almost any point on Earth.

To prevent this limitation (may vary depending on the accuracy of the points), I propose to replace the type of the request as follows:
r = requests.get(url, params = data)
by
r = requests.post(url, data = data)
