Easily integrate MultiSafepay payment solutions into your PrestaShop 1.7 webshop with the free and completely new MultiSafepay plugin.

• To use the plugin you need a MultiSafepay account. You can create a test account on https://testmerchant.multisafepay.com/signup
• PrestaShop 1.7.6 or higher

1. Login in your backend and navigate to Modules.
2. Click on "Upload a module"
3. Drag and drop Plugin_PrestaShop_5.x.x.zip to have our plugin added to the backend.

1. Extract Plugin_PrestaShop_5.x.x.zip
2. Upload the multisafepayofficial folder to prestashop_root/modules/multisafepayofficial/

In version 5.0.0 we've added support for refunding from within Prestashop 1.7. The way you refund is by opening an order and then clicking on 'partial refund', after which you fill in the amount and quantity you want to refund. After clicking on the Refund button, the requested refund is sent and processed automatically within MultiSafepay Control. The refund in this version is limited to full refunds on orders which have not been paid with Pay After Delivery, Klarna, E-Invoice, Betaal per Maand, or Afterpay. For other payment methods it is possible to process partial refunds.
