Thanks for sharing this tool on github and the documentation.

Regarding the reference dataset, I see dcdf.measure.measure_single_subject requires a reference dataset which I'm assuming from the paper is from Biobank. Are you able to provide us the parameters for this as downloading 19k scans is a bit daunting both in hard drive size and time (I think my postdoc may be finished by the time it finishes downloading...)

Secondly, are you able to provide some example code to ensure I'm doing this right?

Hi, I'm working on calculating DDF in my data per your 2021 NI paper. Doing this with the provided code seems straightforward enough, but I'm not quite sure how to specify the function that gets input to get_func_dict. Would you be able to provide an example text file based on what you used for the paper? Thanks!
