TODO:

write UI for real incubator programs (for example heat 3 days at 30C, then switch to cooling at 4C indefinite)
write UI for preset programs (ferment tempeh; kimchi fridge; brew ginger beer etc)
figure out what optional second temp sensor should change in logic
take out float code from temp lib

we need async temp sensing

we should update to the latest dallas temperature library

since it supports async mode - no more waiting for temperature measurement!

need proper UI and menus

We need a proper UI to set the various programs, now that we have 6 real buttons to use. MENWIZ is an option. Also many assumptions could be configurable:
