AWS suggests using nodejs12.x, I'm trying your project as-is with just that slight change

I just realized that the template has hard-coded inside the region in which it's going to be deployed, just is pretty annoying, but I guess this could parametrized, right?

In the readme file, I'd suggest you add npm install, as otherwise no dependencies are bundled in the deployed lambda function

please consider bumping lodash at least to version 4.17.15 as npm audit fix does so-
