I found one fiction which had 1000 chapters (one-shots). That didn't play well with the current layout. Let's find a solution for it.

The simplest: increase the loading spinner's size.

On the web, the notes are separated (margin around them) but currently, the epub generated does not make that separation apparent (the margin aren't really a thing).

Maybe we should insert a hr tag in between notes and content ?

https://m.fanfiction.net/s/9157763/3/ doesn't sync. Looking at the formatting, it seems there is an unclosed tag on the page messing up the parsing.

Parse the rating out of the first chapter fetch. If it's M, include it in the first page (below the author).

The story https://www.fanfiction.net/s/10442773/1/Fathers-be-Good-to-Your-Daughters has correct chapters when added one chapter at a time, but when selecting entire story, the epub built only contains the cover.

Investigate why that is

Looks like https://archiveofourown.org/works/32070769/chapters/79447339 results in an empty chapter as well. Looking at the web site, I'm assuming the big image at the beginning of the chapter is what ultimately caused the blank page ?

Needs some investigation, I might have to strip away <img> tags for the remarkable software to work correctly. If that is indeed the case, maybe open a support ticket asking them if this is the desired behavior ?
