indigo-httpd's Issues

https port required?

https://forums.indigodomo.com/viewtopic.php?f=216&t=17281&p=190765#p190765

I think there is a bug in the plugin version 1.4.2

if I do not want to use HTTPS = 0

then all normal HTTP will get refused but if I just set some random port number with out any certificate on the HTTPS port setup.
then the normal HTTP is working again.

i have struggled for hours because I just updated the plugin then all iftt did not work but after
I did this it is working perfect again.

Support for HTTPS

Enjoying the plugin. I think supporting HTTPS would let me sleep better at night, given the sensitivity of the data being sent from IFTTT to the Indigo box. I'm not certain if IFTTT will complain about self-signed certs. I've done some searching and I couldn't find a definitive answer. Assuming they will accept self signed certs, I think moving this to HTTPS would be a great feature add.

Document enabling SSL connections

Ahh ok, then its Geofency. Sorry for the goose chase.

I was trying to make the url as simple as possible because I have to enter it for each location I specify on entry and exit.

Geofency has an account and password field for the webhook and I was hoping to enter the user name and password there vs on each url. and assumed digest ath would do the teick. When I put the authentication in the url it works fine and indigo does report it as:

HTTPd 2 Debug Myrequesthandler: digest authorization valid

One last thing. I would like to get SSL working at somepoint. Any pointers on what I need to specify in keychain to create a Self Signed Cert? I tried a couple things and I think I am missing something simple.

Anywho, you have done way more than I expected. If you have a paypal or something I'de like to donate something for your efforts.

Access Denied Error

Hey Joe,

I am receiving an access denied error on initial setup. I believe my port forward and domain are OK, and my username and password seem to be fine.

Any idea what I may be missing?
