Currently, regular expressions is used to edit file in migration.
But for more flexible editing and searching in the future, I should implement a markdown parser at first.

The current operation (creating files by year, month, and day, like a Bullet Journal) has the following issues with directory organization

• File having different periods are mixed together so it's bothering to find active files buried in other files, especially daily logs.
• If make directory structure according to period, active file are scattered across different directories, it's also bothering.

To solve this, I want to split the directory into for working and archiving like personal organizer.
And for that, I need to change migrating method to move files that are out of period from the working directory to archive directories.

Need a template engine for the following reasons

• Improve flexibility of path format in config for auto migration
• Enable to generate draft like Hugo

Currently, a static OnceCell<Config> variable is used to refer config from other modules, but this method is difficult to run unit tests.
