Currently, it's hardcoded that it uses web3 to rinkeby. That should not matter for decoding, but publish will fail, if on the wrong network.

Issue

Decoding a tx with a nonce or value of 0 will return null in the relevant field.

Expected behaviour

Zero values should return 0.

Steps

1. Enter tx 0xf86a808504a817c80082520894d26c94fc79249b6983a208e35c4025a79850f41f8609184e72a0008026a00d3f6bce11354834706db74064f20c5783e5539d25c48f093983514b4615e007a041da86c5eacada1291141febffcc56c31c9db061ffa7130bdfd7e256bcfb373e.
2. Click 'decode'.
3. Nonce should be 0, but is null instead.
