Add Admin Panel

We do not currently have an admin panel for our project, it would help us manage various aspects of the system. The admin panel should include the following:

User management: Add, edit, and remove user accounts with different roles. Content management: Control and modify various types of content within the system. Access control: Define permissions and roles for different admin users. System settings: Configure global settings for the application.
