When running in dev mode, an error occurs. This is what the console shows:

I believe this is an issue with file loader, but I've read the docs and can't figure out what went wrong. If you look at the HTML, it's clear that the src attribute on img tags is not rendering properly.

This error can be fixed by adding esModule: false to the options object of file-loader. However, I tried to use this webpack boilerplate for a project of mine, and there were issues at build time. Again, there was an issue with images not being found. Even when adding esModule: false to webpack's production settings did not solve the issue. For some reason, images were 404ing. Do you have any idea what's going on?
